This place is great value in terms os location and comfort.
The location is great. The room was very spacious. It was near Haeundae beach and near bus stops. They provide free flowing coffee and bottled water.

Great!
Spacious room, fast WiFi, bed was comfy (quite soft for Korean standards). Location of the hotel was also quite good.
Nothing. It was a bit annoying that the TV started playing each time you entered the room, but this was only a minor issue.

Value for money ! Good quirky hotel
A quirky room with good shower reasonably spacious room with good amenities
Bed is hard but strangely got use to it ...no English instruction for remote control and location at tail end of happening area but it’s good walking discovery !

What was the highlight of Hotel 109
I will consider this hotel again during my next trip to Busan.
The location is great. It is not on a main street, however still very close to all the facilities. It took us about 10 minutes to get from the subway station. The room is clean and quiet.
Not sure whether it is disadvantage or just a feature of the hotel. Shower and toilet are in separate small rooms, bath is also separated in a semi-closed room, sink is in the main room, but hidden from bed by a wall. Little bit strange, but all functional and very clean.
